There are 2 types of athlete tracking:
  1. Tracking using the timing system.� This type of tracking shows you what segment (swim, bike, run) that the athlete is on and the time and location of the last timing point crossed.� ALL athletes can be tracked this way.
  2. Tracking using GPS.� This type of tracking shows you where an athlete actually is using the GPS signal from their phone.� WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL ATHLETES HAVE SOMEONE TRACK THEM THIS WAY!!!� However, in order to track athletes this way, they MUST carry their phone with them and register on a tracking app.� We recommend Life360 as a very good app to track your loved ones and friends while they race.
