Registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

The following transfer policy may change at any time without notice.  We currently offer RaceShield insurance that allows you to get a refund of your registration fees for covered reasons.  It is an insurance company, so you have to provide documentation to prove your claim (illness-doctors note, etc.).  This protects you from the following unforeseen circumstances:

Accident & Illness
Travel Interruptions
Family Emergencies
Layoffs
Military or Jury Duty
Work Travel Conflict

Registration terms state that there are no transfers, but here are more details and exceptions:

  1. Transfers between race distances at the same event are ALWAYS allowed and there is no fee to transfer, just the difference in cost if you are upgrading.  Sorry, no refunds or credits for downgrades.  Go to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mJCqHxEVLeg for an instructional video.
  2. There are never person-to-person transfers.  Due to complications with waivers, insurance, USAT memberships, etc. and our system does not support that type of transfer. 
  3. There are NO REFUNDS for any reason, no exceptions.
  4. We are allowing race credit to be taken for the amount paid to enter an event minus the transfer fee.  This credit must be used before 12/31 of the year in which the race credit was taken as ALL credits expire on 12/31 of each year.  The credit can be used towards an event the following year, but that registration must be purchased before 12/31 of the year the credit was taken.  
  5. Credits are automatically applied during the registration process on the payment page.
  6. Credits only apply to the person that took the credit from their registration and cannot be transferred to another person.
  7. The transfer fee is FREE if you take race credit 3 months or more before the event and varies in price if you take race credit less than 3 months before the event.  
  8. Race credits cannot be taken the week of the race.  Allowing that could open us up to a mass exodus due to a bad weather forecast.  For coverage the week of the race, please purchase the RaceShield insurance offered during registration.

​Please don’t sell your race number to another athlete. If that person gets hurt, it jeopardizes our insurance policy and puts you at risk for being sued. If caught, both you and the other person will be barred from participating in any USAT sanctioned event for a minimum of one year. 

​Event Postponement/Cancellation Policy:

If any race is postponed or canceled prior to race day (weather events on race day are excluded), you have a choice:

  1. Stay in the event on its new date – default choice.
  2. Full Race Credit towards any similar Integrity Multisport event.
